Do sleep experts actually pick my pillows?
Yes, we have sleep experts. They have assisted in the survey/quiz that helps sleepers in pairing themselves with the perfect pillow. We also have sleep experts who look over cases that are more difficult to find compatible Pillows due to health concerns or unique circumstances.
Wow, sleep experts, How much does a Personalized Pillow Packs (P3) Cost?
$79 for 3 pillows. No, we are not crazy. Shockingly, This service cost the same amount as one pillow at a retail store. The service is $79 to have a personalized pillow pack (p3) selected for you based on your sleep style, habit, and needs. We can charge this because we cut out the middle-person and bring this sleep service to you directly.
How do they pick my pillows?
The sleep survey helps us discover the right pillow for you based on sleep science and known pillow suggestions. If your pillow pairing is forwarded directly to a sleep expert they will use their years of expertise to match you with your pillow.
Is this a subscription, membership, or one-time purchase?
The personalized pillow pack also known as P3 is a one time purchase which includes a free two year membership into the Goldilocks club. The Pillow trial is not a subscription. The Goldilocks Club however, is a membership service that can be renewed every 18 months. The membership runs parallel to research that you should replace pillow every 18 months. As a Goldilocks member you will receive a free pillow every 18 months at your request.
Can I cancel my Goldilocks Membership at anytime?
Yes, after your FREE 2 yrs membership. We would not suggest you cancel before you get your FREE new pillow 18 months from now. Research shows that a pillow should be replaced ever 18 months. The Goldilocks Club works on that same rhythm. Part of the program is getting a new pillow every 18 months. You can cancel whenever you wish after the initial free membership is over.
Can I get a refund on my Personalized Pillow Pack?
No. Due to the personal nature of pillows, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to donate or give away any pillows you do not want. Ultimately, most people will use them for guest at their home. Research has shown that many people change positions 10 to 40 times a night. Some change their sleep style completely over time. It could be in your best interest to keep them.

Can I return or exchange pillows from my Pillow Pack (P3)?
No. We do however offer 50% off an additional pillow pack* + survey if you feel you did not answer the questions as thoroughly as you would have liked. At Willow we want everyone to have the best sleep possible. Because we do not take pillows back we cannot allow unlimited returns.
*This benefit can only be used once per user. Subject to denial based on Willow user agreement and discretion.

Are the pillows in the box standard, queen or king sized?
This varies. However, we must let you know we are picking pillows for your body not your bed size.
How much are the extra pillows in the Pillow Pack?
FREE!! All the pillows in the P3 (Personalized Pillow Pack) are yours for the $79 price. No need to return anything.
Why are the pillows in the P3 pack so low priced as opposed to buying individually?
Simply put, we cut out the middle and are bringing it directly to you. The reason buying one pillow cost more is because everything cost less in bulk. The more pillows we make and sell the less they cost to make.
